Email Broadcasts¶
Send announcements and system notices to users directly from the admin panel.

Common tasks¶
- Compose an announcement: write a subject and body, then target all users or a filtered segment.
- Preview before sending: review the rendered email before it goes out.
- Send to a segment: target by plan, signup date range, or a specific list of addresses.
- View send history: check what was sent, when, and to how many recipients.
Notes¶
Broadcasts go through the transactional email provider configured in your instance environment (SMTP_* or RESEND_API_KEY). Verify your sending domain is authenticated (SPF/DKIM) before sending to large lists to avoid deliverability issues.
Keep announcements short and action-oriented. Link to docs or the dashboard rather than embedding long instructions in the email body.
